Summoning is useful when it fills a missing team role. Before every session, read the pool, timer, featured unit, currency cost, pity counter, and carry-over wording so a flashy banner does not erase a planned guarantee.
Banner decision guide
Current Banner snapshot
The release interface is documented with Beginner, Standard and Mini tabs. Current release records repeatedly show visible 20 Legendary and 50 Mythic pity counters, but the featured portrait and exact percentages are rotating UI data. This page therefore does not name a permanent “current featured unit.” Press Rates on the banner you are actually viewing.
The documented Beginner pool includes Puppet, String Demon, Hollow, Lady Giant, Elf Mage, Flame Emperor, Salmon Sorcerer and Cursed Student. Beginner Tickets come from Beginner Path. Standard is the general pool; Mini narrows the chase around a featured target. A unit appearing in the release pool does not prove it is rate-up today.
Before you press summon
- Confirm the banner name and featured pool.
- Record current pity and available currency.
- Decide the units or roles that count as success.
- Keep enough currency for upgrades, events, or the next guaranteed target.
- Check whether duplicate units have a useful progression purpose.
How pity changes the plan
Plan around the counters visible on the selected tab. Release UI records support 20 for Legendary and 50 for Mythic, but carry-over, Secret access and any Secret pity must be read from the current Rates/details panel. The older 10,000-pull Secret figure came from test-era coverage and should not be presented as a current guarantee without a live counter.
Summoning questions
Which banner should a beginner use?
Use the banner that creates a complete early team at the lowest guaranteed cost, not the banner with the rarest thumbnail.
Does pity carry over?
Only trust explicit text in the current banner. Do not assume Standard and Mini Banners share a counter.
