Anime Expeditions Expeditions Guide

Learn the current Expeditions and Payload loop: gather resources, build the base, complete objectives, protect the route, and evaluate rewards.

EA+ defines Expeditions as an objective mode, with Payload as its exclusive experience. The run is built around gathering resources, constructing a base, completing the active objective, and securing the reward—not simply placing six units and waiting.

A safe first-clear route

  1. Open the portal and read the current unlock message. Older test coverage reported level 20, but the live gate decides.
  2. Inspect the reward preview before paying an entry or committing a party.
  3. Assign one player to objective calls and one to early defense; in solo, decide that priority before placing.
  4. Collect and deposit only the resources needed for the next base or mission step.
  5. Build the minimum safe base, then redirect upgrades toward the active Payload objective.
  6. Watch base health, route markers, timer, and the final completion trigger.
  7. On the reward screen, record item names and quantities before repeating the route.

How to judge Expedition rewards

Use the live preview and completion screen for exact items and quantities. Expeditions can be valuable for progression resources, but this guide does not invent a fixed drop table while the pool can rotate. Compare reward per clear, clear time, entry cost, failure risk, and whether the drop removes your current equipment or evolution bottleneck.

Expedition questions

What is Payload in Anime Expeditions?

Payload is the named EA+ Expedition experience. Its confirmed loop includes resource gathering, base building, objectives, and Expedition rewards; the current mission panel supplies the exact task.

What level unlocks Expeditions?

Older public test coverage reported level 20. Read the live portal lock because release builds can move an unlock without preserving the old test value.

What rewards does Expeditions give?

Use the current portal preview and completion screen. The mode is a progression route, but exact items, amounts, and rotation rules should not be guessed.
