Traits and stat rolls can multiply a good unit, but they do not fix a unit that is wrong for your team. First decide the unit’s job; then choose damage, speed, range, critical, income, DoT, or leveling bonuses that help that job every wave.
Choose the right stats page
A simple upgrade order
- Confirm the unit belongs in your active team.
- Level and upgrade it enough to understand the role.
- Check evolution requirements before spending rare rerolls.
- Keep a usable role-matching trait while resources are limited.
- Chase premium traits and stat grades only on long-term units.
Read the abbreviations
DMG is damage per hit, SPA is the time between attacks, and RNG is attack range. Lower SPA usually means faster attacks. Total value still depends on targeting, area shape, passives, critical rules, DoT ticks, cost, and placement cap.
Quick answers
Is Unbound always the best trait?
It is the largest listed damage roll, but team role and placement rules still matter. Investor is more useful on a farm unit, and speed or utility can matter for an effect unit.
Should I reroll a decent trait?
Only when the unit is a long-term investment and you have enough rerolls to accept a worse temporary result.
