Secret units are long-term summon targets, so a wrong assumption can waste thousands of pulls. Current roster documentation names 8th Sword (Berserker) and Shadow (Divine) as Secrets. Availability, pity and the featured pool still come from the live banner.
Secret-unit checklist
The historical 10,000 counter is evidence of what that build displayed, not a promise that every current rotation uses the same guarantee. It also does not prove a 0.01% base rate. Earlier Super Luck Potion wording explicitly excluded Secrets, so do not spend a potion expecting it to improve Secret odds unless the current item panel now says otherwise.
How to chase a Secret responsibly
- Unlock the full Standard Banner pool first.
- Confirm whether pity carries between rotations or featured pools.
- Keep enough Gems for a meaningful session instead of scattering pulls.
- Stop if the counter, pool, or banner timer changes unexpectedly.
- Record the exact unit name, form, Shiny state, and pity reset after a pull.
Secret does not mean ready
After pulling a Secret, compare its base role, upgrade cost, placement cap, evolution path, and trait needs. A difficult-to-build carry can be weaker for your account than a finished Mythic plus support.
Secret-unit questions
What is the Secret pity?
Pre-release footage showed 10,000 Standard Banner summons. Treat it as historical until the current banner displays the same counter.
What is the Shiny Secret chance?
No reliable public rate was verified. The achievement proves the outcome exists, not its probability.
